I needed to have some video cassettes digitized  and after speaking to a few companies, I came across Home Video Service in Dearborn. The customer service was excellent! Brian was quick to respond to any of my questions, had the lowest price out of every company I spoke with, and provided me with high quality digitized files on a usb drive.
